Insuflex Design & Assembly

Insuflex meets today’s architectural demand for aesthetics, reliability, performance and safety in use. It has been designed to withstand 20m/sec wind generation (745 wpa) pressure and special designs can allow for higher wind loads as well.

Insuflex doors cut down energy waste due to heat flow through and around the door curtain. The sides are weather stripped with twin vertical brush seals on both faces of the curtain, and a rubber seals the bottom panel to the floor.

The door brackets are multi drilled and mirror imaged for easy sit-on installation, all the head plates are finished in BZP with slot adjustment fixing.

Automatic Door Controls - Levels 2 to 4

Levels 2 - 4 are based on the state-of-the-art electronic control type TS961. This control features a fast acting safety edge function designed to minimise the forces that can be exerted by the leading edge of the door.

The TS 961 is very quick and easy to programme with the aid of a clear 8-segment display. the control has been certified to be in conformity with BS EN 12543 and BS EN 60335-1 by an independant laboratory. It has many features including fault diagnostics and a cycles counter for service intervals/warranty purposes.
